Filing a Claim
It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA number is issued to you.
Within this time a representative may be in touch with you by email or by phone
to aquire additional details regarding the claim. Along with the RMA number you will
receive specific instructions for returning the product.
Complete this form to request authorization for a return. When you have
completed the form, click "Send". A customer service representative will reply
via email detailing the procedures for returning or exchanging your product.
