Methods of Payment
Streem accepts secure online credit card payments through
PayPal using
your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover card or by e-check.
PayPal Payments
For our US customers paying via PayPal we will only ship to your PayPal
Confirmed address. For our Canadian customers your PayPal account must be
Verified.
NOTE: If you are unsure as to what this means, when using your credit card to
pay for your order through our payment processor (PayPal)
simply be sure to enter the same address for both the billing address of the
credit card you choose to use and the shipping address for your order.
Our customer's security and protection against fraud is extremely important to us,
therefore, there are no exceptions to the above term.
Returning Products
We go to great lengths to ensure that you receive your order in perfect working
condition by professional packing and boxing your order in double cardboard cartons
with extra internal packing materials.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and
that your product does not arrive damaged or DOA (dead on arrival). When you receive your
package, we ask that you examine the outter shipping box as well as the inner
product packaging closely prior to opening the product. If mishandling is suspected
circle any excessive damage or punctures on the outter shipping box with a black
permanent marker. If your item was damaged during shipment this will help should an
insurance claim need to be filed. If defective, products may be exchanged within 7
days of receiving them.
If your product has arrived damaged or DOA or you are filing a warranty claim please fill out our
RMA Request Form
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take
approximately 5 business days before an RMA number is issued to you. Within this time
a representative may be in touch with you by email or by phone to aquire additional
details regarding the claim. Along with the RMA number you will receive specific
instructions for returning the product.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your
RMA number is valid for 14 days from issue. Simply package the item securely and return
the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals,
accessories, and packing materials.
All returned products must be returned in their
original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty
cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
On purchases paid using PayPal, the same email address used to make the purchase
will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business
days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
For returns other than defective items, shipping errors and warranty issues there
is a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the item. This fee will be
deducted from the total credit amount. Our original S&H costs to you will also be deducted from
the total credit amount.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the claim may
be denied, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total
credit amount.

30-Day No Risk Guarantee
Here at Streem we have no doubt that our speakers will meet or exceed your highest expectations that we offer a 30-day
in home trial on all of our models allowing you to audition your new speakers in your own home with
your own home audio theater equipment.
Within the 30 days should you decide that your are not pleased with your purchase and would like to return
them simply contact us for instructions on making the return. Upon receipt of your
speakers, in their original condition with all included accessories and packing materials, we will give you a
full refund of your purchase price. All we ask is that you pay the return freight charges.
All returns must be received in their original condition with all boxes, internal and external,
packing materials and accessories. Any missing materials or accessories will be deducted from the
credit amount at their replacement cost.
NOTES: For items being returned from the United States customs duty fees and/or taxes can be avoided
by ensuring to write clearly on the Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note that the packages are a
"Warranty Return to Seller in Canada". The buyer assumes all liability in returning the item to us,
including return shipping fees, insurance costs and any applicable customs duty fees. Our 30-day
guarantee does not extend to speakers or speaker packages sold as blemished or demo models or
on orders shipped outside the continental US (lower 48 states) or 10 Canadian provinces.
Our 30-Day No Risk Guarantee is valid for a one-time use per customer.
Streem reserves the right to deny acceptance of any parcel or parcels that have not
been properly processed and prepared for shipment and/or have accumulated additional shipping,
handling and/or custom duty fees or taxes.
Free Shipping
Streem currently ships FREE to all 10 Canadian provinces and the
48 lower United States. We ship via UPS for most orders, however, Canada Post may be used for
orders being shipped to PO or APO/FPO
box addresses or under other special circumstances. All orders are normally shipped same or next
business day and delivery time for orders is typically from 1 - 7 business days after shipment
for UPS and Canada Post.
For our customers outside our FREE shipping area please contact
us for our best S&H quote to your location. Please be sure to include your zip/postal code.
Although we will gladly ship to PO and APO/FPO box addresses some of our larger models
must be delivered by UPS and cannot be delivered to PO or APO/FPO box addresses. If you are
unsure if your box address is acceptable for the product you are interested in please
contact us directly.
Additional fees may apply for orders shipped to PO or APO/FPO box addresses.
Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed within the Streem online store are shown
in US currency. Streem reserves the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes often occur due to supply and demand,
specials and promotions, and other factors beyond the control of Streem.
Canadian Sales Taxes
Sales *tax is applied to the purchase price on all **Canadian orders as
follows:
Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland: 13% HST
Prince Edward Island: 14% HST
Nova Scotia: 15% HST
All other Canadian Provinces: 5% GST
* appropriate sales tax is automatically applied during checkout
** there are no sales taxes applied to US orders
Order Confirmation and Validation
For the protection of our customers Streem reserves the right to request
additional information to confirm identity or validate an order. We have never and
will never ship an order until we are convinced that no fraudulent action is
present.
For this reason, your daytime contact phone number must be included for every order.
If it is not included your order may be delayed until we are able to aquire your
daytime number. This will be used for UPS deliveries and/or to confirm order or
payment details.
Purchases Made by Minors
You must be the age of majority to place an order within the Streem
online store. If you are
under the legal age of majority please have your parent or legal guardian place the order
for you.
Misprints
We strive to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information about our
products, pricing and policies. In the event that such an error does occur, we
reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, edit an order
to reflect the correction, correct the error on our web site or any combination
of the above.
